Darin DePasquale has worked in real estate finance and investment in multiple capacities for 30 years. At 23, as founder of a distressed real estate investment firm in Tokyo, Japan, he acquired, repositioned and managed a portfolio of multifamily property in excess of 500 units. He later worked as Director of Corporate Real Estate for Lehman Brothers and as Director of Asset Management for Prologis, Asia Pacific Land and Pacific Star advising on industrial, retail, residential and office properties throughout Asia.
From 2012, DePasquale was the Vice President for American Savings Bank managing and growing the banks commercial loan portfolio and SVP for Walker & Dunlop originating loans in the hospitality, senior, office, industrial and new construction sectors. He is also a principal in the Haouli Loft condominium development and the Tokai International Student Housing re-development in Honolulu Hawaii.
